A Magical Winter Wonderland Experience
We stayed in a cozy, cabin-like room surrounded by snowy trees. Enjoyed heartwarming stews and fresh salads for dinner after an exciting day of exploring. The pool area had a fun atmosphere, though pools were a bit chilly. Don't miss the Reindeer safari. It felt enchanting!

Modern hotel, it has family atmosphere, and the location is excellent on the edge of Levi--walking distance to everything in town that you could need as a tourist. The employees are very friendly and hard-working. The restaurant food is outstanding, and the breakfast offered is good hot and superb with mini pancakes, meats plus porridge. Thank you for a fine stay.

Warning, you might fall in love!
I recently spent 4 nights in a junior suite that was fine and offered excellent space with a separate bathroom. The location is wonderful, conveniently close to everything necessary for a perfect winter getaway. Breakfast each morning was good, with tasty options to start the day on a high note. Don't miss it!

The location was perfect for skiing, and my kids really loved the entertaining pool area. We even enjoyed some fun family moments at the restaurant. The warm and spacious room, especially with our 3 dogs by our side.
My children wanted more play areas inside the hotel, especially since we had to walk outside for breakfast, chilly.

Cozy atmosphere with rustic cabin decor.
Housekeeping could use more attention to detail.

The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Spacious rooms came with a lovely balcony, perfect for family stays. The breakfast lacked presentation and freshness, the spa had restricted hours that weren't communicated, and the service at check-in was inconsistent. Despite its amenities, I expected a higher standard from a spa hotel.

Great spa experience and comfy rooms
I stayed in a Junior Suite with a sauna, fantastic and made our winter evenings cozy. The room was well-equipped, warm, and clean. The direct access to the water world was a lifesaver with kids. The spa itself was a highlight, although the outdoor hot tubs weren't operational . One downside was the repetitive dining options at the buffets that could benefit from more variety.

The rustic cabin style of Levi Hotel Spa created a cozy atmosphere. The warm décor felt inviting, and the staff were always ready to assist.
More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

The room was spacious and had its own sauna, a nice touch after a cold day. The bed was super comfy, probably the best I've slept on. The drying cabinet was really handy for ski gear too. Just a couple of things could've been better like housekeeping not being on point and missing a few lightbulbs.

The junior suite was spacious and incorporated a sauna. The bed was comfortable, one of the best I've ever experienced. The WiFi worked seamlessly, keeping me productive throughout my business trip. The fitness and spa facilities were an added bonus, ideal for unwinding after a long day of work.
Housekeeping needs improvement.
